Autodesk provides designing, engineering, and fabrication tools for a variety of applications. We’ve had the privilege of being a part of the Autodesk® Cleantech Partner Program since this summer, and our product development team is loving it.
To design farms that defy the rules of traditional agriculture, our team needs a 3D design program that's up to the task. Being a Cleantech partner has already enabled our team to design the farming equipment used by local farmers to enter a $6.1 billion local food market.
“Cleantech companies like Bright Agrotech are addressing some of the most important challenges facing our world today,” said Jake Layes, global lead of Autodesk’s cleantech initiative. “We are proud to support their growth and success through the Autodesk® Cleantech Partner Program.”
With services such as Fusion, CFD Flex, and Simulation Mechanical Flex, our team is able to design better products faster. They’ve used the programs to finish the upgraded design for Bright Agrotech’s ZipFarm™, which officially launches on October 30.
The ZipFarm enables the startup farmer to start small and scale up while operating a profitable farm. This is supportive of our mission to shape a decentralized and stable food system. We're grateful to have Autodesk supporting us in that mission as well!
Our Autodesk partnership fun doesn't stop there. Our development team is currently working on upgraded designs for several other products. We're looking forward to more and more designs that will give power back to the small farmer.
